For customized cakes and specially prepared products, Hira Sweets may require full or partial payment in advance before preparation begins.
Once preparation has commenced, cancellation or refund may not be available, subject to applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Refunds
Hira Sweets generally does not provide refunds for food products due to their perishable nature.
Where a refund is legally required or specifically approved by Hira Sweets, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the relevant bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
9. Payment Security
We take reasonable measures to protect payment-related information. However, online transactions involve third-party payment networks and no electronic payment system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
