Return & Refund Policy

At Hira Sweets, we take great care in preparing and packaging our sweets, cakes, bakery products, namkeen, and other food items.

Due to the perishable and food-related nature of our products, all sales are final.

1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any food product, including but not limited to:

- Sweets and mithai

- Cakes and customized cakes

- Pastries and bakery products

- Namkeen and snacks

- Cookies

- Dry fruits

- Any other food or edible products purchased through our Website or outlets

Once an order has been delivered or collected, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made, the amount paid will generally not be refunded, including in cases where the customer changes their mind or no longer requires the product.

3. Customized Orders

Customized cakes and other specially prepared products are made according to the customer's requirements.

Once a customized order has been confirmed and preparation has commenced, cancellation, return, exchange, or refund is not permitted.

Customers are requested to carefully verify the design, flavour, size, message, date, time, and other order details before confirming their order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although returns and refunds are generally not available, if you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or materially different from the order placed, please contact Hira Sweets as soon as possible after delivery or collection.

We may request photographs, videos, order details, or other information to verify the issue.

If the issue is verified and we determine that a resolution is appropriate, Hira Sweets may, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot generally be cancelled once preparation or processing has started.

For customized cakes and specially prepared products, cancellation may not be possible after confirmation.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation will be subject to Hira Sweets' approval and applicable law.
